The secret of the neighborhood is to take your time and not hesitate to explore many ephemeral places. A very pleasant and multi-generational spot is the Marché de l’Olive, which will satisfy both food lovers with its indoor and outdoor market, and those who enjoy lounging with its street terraces.

For me, having too many material things adds a lot of complications. When I started this process, because I wanted to and to properly host my guests, I took the opportunity to declutter and clear my closets. It feels great! So, my apartment is completely warm but not cluttered with unnecessary things. Then, in two days, I can decide whether to rent it out or not. A simple life, exists, and it’s something you build over time.

Like most people, I take advantage of work trips or vacations to rent out my apartment. Living in Paris and owning property is unfortunately a significant financial burden.
