Amid this lively atmosphere, you need a cozy haven with Parisian charm, in beautiful Haussmannian stonework. A peaceful retreat with everything Paris has to offer just within reach.
Do you have any secret addresses to share with travelers coming to your apartment, as well as with HostnFly clients who don’t know your neighborhood?
The secret to the neighborhood is to take your time and not hesitate to explore numerous ephemeral places. A very pleasant and multigenerational living spot is the Marché de l’Olive, which will satisfy both food lovers with its indoor and outdoor market, and leisure seekers with its street terraces.
How did you hear about HostnFly, and why did you choose us to manage your apartment rental?

Do you have any advice for owners who entrust us with managing their apartment?
For me, having too many material things causes a lot of complications. When I decided to start this process, because I wanted to and to properly welcome guests, I took the opportunity to declutter and clear out my closets. It feels really good!!!! So now, my apartment is totally cozy but not cluttered with unnecessary items. So, in two days, I can decide whether to rent it out or not. A simple life exists and, in the end, is something you can build.
On what occasions do you entrust your apartment to HostnFly?
Like most people, I take advantage of business trips or vacations to put my apartment into management. Living in Paris and owning property is unfortunately a heavy financial burden. I had little means to go on vacation. This rental is the solution to that problem. The rental allows me to fund my vacations and, on top of that, let others discover Paris—that’s pure happiness!
